“As a family having a vacation with older kids, a grandchild and a dog, we could not have asked for anything better. You had everything we needed from beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, and everything in the house including baby gates. You have things here that we didn’t even think of plus full household amenities. This is the most pristine beach we have ever visited. It was all perfect! We have decided we will most definitely be back because this trip had everything we could have asked for and more! "I have already been to the Cape once this year and plan on going back as often as possible! Peyton (my dog) and I loved it!! Vickie is one of the nicest ladies I have met! She worked with me and was wonderful to make sure my time at her "home away from home" was great! The condo is very well stocked! Every kind of dish/pot or pan you could need and plenty of them! I have rented from many VBO's and normally it is just the bare basics... not Vickie, she makes sure you have everything you need, from coolers to floats to a beach wagon to take everything down. Out of several places I have stayed at the Cape, Vickie's is the only one I will go back to! I hope you find her beautiful condo as relaxing and welcoming as I did!!"

“I just returned from another stay at Peace of Cape. Another FIVE STARS experience!! This home is SO clean, comfortable, quiet, safe and STOCKED… The beach is beautiful - and has never been crowded. It's been easy to relax there: strolling along the shore searching for sea shells (lots of 'em); reading a good book; or just closing your eyes and listening to the rhythm of the waves. Oh, and the sunsets are awesome! We'll be back!”

“Our experience at "Peace of Cape" was excellent. The house has everything you could possibly need and the Barrier Dunes community is great. Being just steps to the beach was fabulous. The beaches are clean and expansive. You can walk for miles. The water is just as clear as the Caribbean. We saw dolphins swimming close to shore on more than one occasion and schools of fish were everywhere. I would definitely return! The best part for us was having our dog with us at the beach. It was so great being able to play with him in the water and watch him rest in the sand. So many places these days do not allow dogs on the beach so this was a great experience for us. The house is completely dog friendly, too! The outdoor shower with handheld shower head is great for spraying sand off of dirty dogs!”

Catching the tide going out and coming in…seeing the sea under sunshine, at sunset, and even at dark as lightning lit up the sky. We’ll probably look back and find this one of our most memorable vacations as it’s probably the last for our black lab, Luke… Sam our yellow lab is a 95 pound 2 year old and he now thinks he owns Cape San Blas. We had a great time with him on the beach. Our kids loved the water… It is always heartbreaking to the kids when we have to leave the dogs for an extended time.
