Laundry Area - There is a full laundry area on the second floor with washer, dryer, iron & ironing board. Laundry soap is also provided for your convenience.
Communications - Phones in all bedrooms, and breakfast bar on lower level. High speed internet access.
Covered Parking - Under the unit is covered off-street parking for two automobiles.
Outside Shower - Also under the unit is an outside shower where you can rinse off after returning from the beach. A nozzle extension is provided to rinse off your pet.
